Zetapod Labs — ZetaIgnite Campaign Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ZetaIgnite Campaign by Zetapod Labs. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ZetaIgnite promotional initiative. By submitting an application, making payment, or proceeding with the service, the client agrees to all terms outlined below.
1. Campaign Overview
ZetaIgnite is a limited-time promotional initiative offered by Zetapod Labs to support startups, businesses, and growing brands with website development services.
Under this campaign:
- Website development charges may be partially or fully waived based on campaign eligibility.
- Hosting, domain registration, cloud services, third-party services, and maintenance charges are billed separately unless explicitly mentioned.
- The campaign applies only to selected website categories and approved submissions.
Zetapod Labs reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the campaign, clients must:
- Provide complete and accurate project information
- Submit required content, logos, images, and branding assets
- Provide valid contact information
- Cooperate during the development process
- Remain within the approved project scope
Incomplete, misleading, or invalid submissions may be rejected without notice.
Zetapod Labs reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Scope of Work
The ZetaIgnite Campaign is intended for basic informational and business websites only.
Included scope may contain:
- Business profile websites
- Startup landing pages
- Portfolio websites
- Service showcase websites
- Informational company websites
Scope limitations:
- Maximum of 10 pages
- Standard UI/UX implementation only
- Mobile responsive layout
- Basic contact forms where applicable
Projects exceeding the defined scope may require additional charges or may not qualify under the campaign.
4. Excluded Features
The following features and systems are explicitly excluded unless separately quoted and approved:
- E-commerce functionality
- Payment gateway integration
- Admin dashboards
- ERP or CRM systems
- Booking or appointment systems
- Custom databases
- User login/authentication systems
- Membership systems
- Advanced automations
- Multi-vendor systems
- Mobile applications
- Custom software platforms
- API integrations
- Real-time systems or analytics dashboards
Any feature outside the approved scope may require a separate commercial agreement.
5. Hosting, Domain & Payment Policy
- Hosting and domain charges are billed separately.
- Active hosting is mandatory for deployment and website operation.
- Hosting payment must be paid in advance before project work begins under the Express Lane process.
- Renewal charges apply annually or as per the selected hosting plan.
- To avoid website downtime, suspension, expiration, or service interruption, clients must clear renewal dues at least 30 days prior to the expiry date.
- Failure to renew hosting, domain, or cloud services on time may result in website downtime, suspension, or permanent data loss after applicable grace periods.
As of May 2026:
- Payments are processed manually by Zetapod Labs
- Payments may be collected using UPI or secure payment links
- Automated billing systems may not be available for all services
Refund Policy
- All payments made towards hosting, domain registration, cloud services, setup charges, or related services are non-refundable.
- Once services are purchased, initiated, provisioned, or reserved, cancellations or refund requests will not be entertained.
Free-Tier Limitations
Free-tier or promotional hosting/subdomain services may include limitations such as:
- Branding restrictions
- Reduced performance
- Limited customization
- Limited scalability
- Shared infrastructure limitations
Paid hosting plans may include additional performance, support, security, and scalability benefits.
6. Delivery Timeline Policy
Project delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity, queue load, client responsiveness, and resource availability.
Express Lane
- Hosting and related payments must be completed in advance before work begins.
- Delivery timelines are officially committed only through written communication or email.
- Priority handling may be provided where applicable.
Standard Queue
- Projects are handled based on internal scheduling and availability.
- No fixed or guaranteed delivery timeline is provided.
Delays caused by incomplete submissions, delayed approvals, missing content, or lack of communication from the client may extend project timelines.
7. Revision Policy
- One minor revision round may be included unless otherwise specified.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Major redesign requests are not included within the campaign scope.
- Revisions requested after final approval may be treated as separate paid work.
Zetapod Labs reserves the right to determine whether a requested change qualifies as a minor revision or a major modification.
8. Source Code & Ownership
- Source code, editable project files, development assets, and internal frameworks are not included by default.
- Additional charges may apply for ownership transfer or source code acquisition where applicable.
- Clients retain ownership of their original content, logos, and media provided by them.
- Zetapod Labs retains ownership of its internal development methods, reusable frameworks, systems, and processes.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, only the final deployed website output is provided under the campaign.
9. Branding & Promotional Rights
By participating in the campaign, the client agrees that:
- A footer watermark such as “Built with Zetapod Labs” may be displayed on the website.
- Zetapod Labs may showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, advertisements, presentations, or social media platforms.
- Project screenshots, brand names, and public website previews may be used for promotional purposes.
Zetapod Labs reserves the right to display completed projects for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Support Limitations
Support availability depends on the selected hosting or maintenance plan.
Support may include:
- Basic technical assistance
- Hosting-related support
- Minor issue resolution
Support exclusions may include:
- Major redesign requests
- Third-party integration issues
- Custom feature development
- Emergency recovery caused by external modifications
- Issues caused by client-side changes
Response times may vary depending on workload, support channel, and issue severity.
Lifetime free maintenance or unlimited support is not included unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
11. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing required content and media assets
- Supplying approvals and feedback on time
- Providing access credentials where necessary
- Reviewing submitted work promptly
- Ensuring legality of submitted content
Any delays from the client side may impact project delivery timelines.
Zetapod Labs shall not be responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, communication gaps, or inaccessible credentials.
12. Campaign Rights Reserved
Zetapod Labs reserves the right to:
- Reject any project application
- Pause or discontinue ongoing projects
- Modify campaign rules, pricing, or benefits
- Limit campaign availability
- Remove users violating policies or abusing services
These rights may be exercised without prior notice where necessary.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Zetapod Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Zetapod Labs shall not be responsible for business losses, revenue loss, downtime, hosting failures, domain issues, cloud provider issues, or third-party service interruptions.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data and content unless backup services are explicitly included.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis within the agreed scope.
14. Review & Feedback Clause
Clients may be requested to provide honest reviews, testimonials, or feedback regarding their experience with Zetapod Labs.
Submitted testimonials or reviews may be publicly displayed on:
- Websites
- Social media platforms
- Promotional materials
- Portfolio sections
Zetapod Labs may also display client logos and brand references for credibility and showcase purposes.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, making payment, approving project initiation, or continuing with the ZetaIgnite Campaign, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in project suspension or termination.
